體外：Geraniol (0.25-1 mM, 24, 48, 72 h) 在 PC-3 細胞中阻滯細胞周期，誘導(dǎo)細胞凋亡[2]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。僅供參考。

體內(nèi)：Geraniol (60, 300 mg/kg, 向腫瘤細胞中每天皮下注射, 連續(xù) 38 天) 在 PC-3 裸鼠腫瘤模型中可抑制腫瘤生長[2]。 Geraniol (200 mg/kg, 口服, 連續(xù) 45 天) 通過降低鏈脲霉素 (HY-13753) 誘導(dǎo)的糖尿病大鼠碳水化合物代謝的關(guān)鍵酶來改善高血糖[3]。 Geraniol (100 mg/kg/day, 口服, 連續(xù) 4 周) 可減輕雄性Wistar大鼠氯化鋁肝胰腺中毒過程中的氧化應(yīng)激、生物蓄積、血清學(xué)和組織病理學(xué)變化[4]。 MCE has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods.
