產(chǎn)品活性：Faricimab 是一種針對血管生成素-2 (Ang-2) 和血管內皮生長因子- A (VEGF-A) 的雙特異性抗體，具有良好的安全性和耐受性。Faricimab 在視網(wǎng)膜缺血/再灌注 (I/R) 損傷和 sCNV 小鼠模型中可預防視網(wǎng)膜血管滲漏、細胞死亡和炎癥。與 Ranibizumab (HY-P9951) 相比，F(xiàn)aricimab 在統(tǒng)計學上顯示出更好的視力改善。Faricimab 可用于視網(wǎng)膜疾病研究，如年齡相關性黃斑變性 (w-AMD)，糖尿病性黃斑水腫 (DME) 和視網(wǎng)膜靜脈阻塞后黃斑水腫 (RVO)。
體外：Faricimab (2000 ng/mL, 37 天) 經(jīng)藥物配制和儲存長達 37 天，其雙特異性抗原結合特性沒有受損，并且具有結構完整的 IgG1 Fc 片段[3]。 MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。僅供參考。
