產(chǎn)品活性：Hydrocortisone (Cortisol) 是腎上腺皮質(zhì)分泌的類固醇激素或糖皮質(zhì)激素。

細胞實驗：將細胞接種于膠原蛋白IV包被的Transwell小室上，用于六孔板（直徑24mm，膜材料：聚對苯二甲酸乙二醇酯（PET），0.4μm孔徑，孔密度1.6×106cm2），密度為每孔2.5×104細胞cm2。當它們在第5天達到匯合時，將不同的實驗組細胞轉(zhuǎn)移到含有少量FCS的分化培養(yǎng)基中，并根據(jù)指示用TNFα或氫化可的松處理。MCE尚未獨立證實這些方法的準確性。它們僅供參考。
