生物活性：Resiniferatoxin ((+)-Resiniferatoxin)，是一種選擇性 TRPV1 受體激動劑，能夠從 Euphorbia resinifera 植物中提取得到。在動物模型中，Resiniferatoxin 能夠在相當(dāng)長的一段時(shí)間內(nèi)消除 TRPV1+ 初級感覺傳入和鈍性心臟交感傳入反射。
