生物活性：紫杉醇是一種天然存在的抗腫瘤劑，可穩(wěn)定微管蛋白聚合。紫杉醇可引起有絲分裂停滯和凋亡細(xì)胞死亡。紫杉醇還誘導(dǎo)自噬^[1][2]。 IC50 和目標(biāo)：IC50：4 nM（微管）

體外：Paclitaxel (20 nM; 48 hours) 誘導(dǎo)程序性細(xì)胞死亡，并在細(xì)胞周期的 G2/M 期存在阻滯^[1]。
Paclitaxel (20 nM; 48 hours) 誘導(dǎo)p53^[1] 水平的持續(xù)增加。

體內(nèi)：紫杉醇(1-20 mg/kg; ip; 1次/2天，共5個(gè)周期)在低紫杉醇組明顯誘導(dǎo)肝轉(zhuǎn)移，對(duì)原發(fā)腫瘤生長(zhǎng)影響不大^[3]。
